- Enquiry form: your name, phone number, business type, the service you are interested in, your message and (for the free audit) your website or Google listing link.
- WhatsApp, calls and email: the details you choose to share in the conversation.
- Website usage (only if analytics is switched on): anonymous information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics using cookies.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes or audits.
- To deliver and support the work you hire me for.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Services that process data for me
- FormSubmit (or Web3Forms) delivers enquiry form messages to my email.
- Google Analytics (if enabled) measures website visits.
- Google Maps shows the map on the contact page and may set its own cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages you send me there.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and project details only as long as needed to reply, deliver the work, meet legal or tax requirements and support you afterwards.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email udaysatputedigi17@gmail.com and I will respond as soon as possible.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.
