Terms of service
These terms apply to all work done by Clickhold. Your written quote always takes priority for price, scope and timeline. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
Clickhold is run by Uday Satpute, A-74, Indraprastha Nagar, Makhmalabad, Nashik, Maharashtra 422003, India. By hiring Clickhold or using https://clickhold.in, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote (on WhatsApp or email) that lists the price, what is included and the expected timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices on this website are starting prices in Indian Rupees.
- Payment terms, such as any advance and milestones, are written in your quote.
- Monthly services (SEO, ads management, social media) are billed per month as agreed in the quote.
3. Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, paid plugins or themes, Shopify plans, payment gateway fees and advertising budgets are paid at actual cost. Ad budgets are paid by you directly to Google or Meta.
4. Timelines and your content
Timelines start once I receive the content I need (logo, photos, text, access details). Delays in content or feedback move the delivery date by the same time.
5. Ownership
Once the project is fully paid, you own your website design, content, logo files and the accounts created for you. Domains and ad accounts are set up in your name.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos, logos and other material you provide, and that your business and ads follow the law and the platforms' policies.
7. Support
The business website plan includes 1 month of free support after launch for small changes and fixes. Other support and updates are quoted when needed.
8. Results
I work hard to improve your visibility and enquiries, but search rankings, ad performance and sales depend on Google, Meta, competition and your market. No specific ranking, lead or sales result is guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Clickhold's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. I am not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting outages or account suspensions outside my control.
10. Cancellation
Either side may stop a monthly service with notice, as written in the quote. Work already completed is payable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
